The Works training schedule offers a range of unique and enjoyable workouts for all levels; from brisk walks through the streets of Valletta, to high intensity training sessions in our state-of-the-art gym, under the expert guidance of our fitness professionals.
Total body HIIT workout
A cardiovascular and strength training workout including intervals of short bursts of exercise followed by rest intervals that allow the heart rate to come down. This is a set of exercises for total body conditioning.
Also known as the GAP routine this is a workout specially targeting the gluteal muscles, abdominals and legs. It strengthens the back area and increases resistance in general – great for toning the figure.
A gentle but focused set of exercises to develop core muscle strength, improve posture, increase energy levels and body awareness whilst also helping to maintain healthy weight.
A full body workout that is fast, efficient and also fun. This is your perfect ‘no gym get fit’ regime. It includes all major muscle groups and offers a quick yet highly effective, full-body workout.

Join us on a brisk walk as we go through Valletta’s paved and stepped streets with the option to stop for a quick coffee along the way.
