As one of the pioneers of the farm-to-table movement, British chef Simon Rogan’s menus are strongly guided by hyperlocal ingredients that are found, foraged, fished or harvested by the best, most ethical and sustainable local producers. Simon and our team are on a quest to fully explore what the island has to offer so that each dish champions the abundant Maltese produce.

The extended breakfast hours now cater to an early breakfast or lavish lunch, with the ‘A la carte’ menu featuring a delectable assortment of dishes from the classic to the contemporary.
