Pet-friendly Amenities
- Free Stays: Dogs and cats of any breed or size are welcome to stay free of charge.
- Complimentary Amenities: A dog bed and treats will be provided to make your dog feel at home.
Pet Policy Guidelines
- Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of €40 will apply if the pet soils the room.
- Owner Responsibility: Pet owners assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet to the hotel property and agree to indemnify the hotel for any resulting costs.
- Supervision of Pets:
- Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
- Cats must be kept in a crate when in the room.
- Housekeeping Access: Housekeeping will only service rooms where pets are present if the owner is also present.
- Leash Policy: Pets must always be on a leash when in all hotel common areas.
- Restaurant Policy: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the ION Harbour Restaurant.
