A state-of-the-art workout

At Iniala, we have taken holiday fitness to new heights with our state-of-the-art, fully equipped gym. Situated just across the road on Valletta’s quaint East Street, the Works is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes private showers and changing facilities, as well as lockers with salto security features.

Work off those holiday indulgences at any time of the day or night with our top-of-the-range equipment, which includes Watt bikes, Canali multifunctional equipment, Woodway running machines, and a full range of Panatta weights and dumbbells. All equipment is deep cleaned and sanitised at regular intervals for your utmost safety.

Our Classes

Group Sessions

The Works training schedule offers a range of unique and enjoyable workouts for all levels; from brisk walks through the streets of Valletta, to high intensity training sessions in our state-of-the-art gym, under the expert guidance of our fitness professionals.

Total body HIIT workout

A cardiovascular and strength training workout including intervals of short bursts of exercise followed by rest intervals that allow the heart rate to come down. This is a set of exercises for total body conditioning.


Also known as the GAP routine this is a workout specially targeting the gluteal muscles, abdominals and legs. It strengthens the back area and increases resistance in general – great for toning the figure.


A gentle but focused set of exercises to develop core muscle strength, improve posture, increase energy levels and body awareness whilst also helping to maintain healthy weight.

Circuit Training

A full body workout that is fast, efficient and also fun. This is your perfect ‘no gym get fit’ regime. It includes all major muscle groups and offers a quick yet highly effective, full-body workout.

Summer Body

Follow our trainers as they guide you towards the best way to use weights to develop physical strong, look better and speed up the metabolism.

The Works Brisk Walk Club - Valletta Trail

Join us on a brisk walk as we go through Valletta’s paved and stepped streets with the option to stop for a quick coffee along the way.
